Terms and Conditions

Customers are required to call Dial A Driver within 5 minutes of their scheduled pick up, if the driver has not arrived. Delays happen for a range of reasons. If we know we will be late for your job we will text you a estimated time of arrival.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is the customers responsibility to be ready at the booked time.
We allow (5 minutes free) to give you time to say your goodbyes and finish your drink. If we have to wait beyond this additional charges may apply. If we have other bookings, you may risk missing your ride home until our next available time slot.
Extra stops and drop off’s MUST BE REQUESTED at time you book our services.
You may ask the driver at pick up – but please don’t be offended if they refuse, this will be due to time restraints and at the discretion of our drivers and management.
Dropping your vehicle off only you need a safe place for your keys to be left.
Dial a driver holds no responsibility for this service.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Early cancellation (not within 24 hours of commencement of booking) 50% refund
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the booking – Non-Refundable
